MY CAT HAS A SPECIAL DIET. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?
Yes. You can provide food yourself along with clear instructions and we will ensure your cats special dietary needs are met.
WHAT DO I NEED TO REMEMBER BEFORE CHECKING IN MY CAT?
Please bring your cats up to date vaccination book and any special dietary requirements that your cat may need while staying with us. Avoid feeding your cat before travelling in the car.
WHAT FOOD DO YOU USE AT SMART ROAD CATTERY?
We have two options depending on your cats regular diet.
Royal Canin Sensible Biscuits or a chicken based wet food.
CAN YOU ADMINISTER MY CATS MEDICATION?
Yes. We are happy to administer medication. Clear instructions must be provided as prescribed by your vet.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CAT BECOMES UNWELL DURING THEIR STAY?
Your cat’s health and wellbeing will be monitored closely during their stay.
If your cat becomes unwell we will ensure they receive appropriate veterinary care.
CAN I BRING SOMETHING FOR MY CAT TO CUDDLE?
Bedding is supplied but you may bring a small item familiar to your cat. Please, no large blankets or sheepskins.
