Healthcare: Should your cat need to be put in isolation, there will be an extra charge.

Check In/Out: We charge a full day rate on your cats first day regardless of drop off time, but we will only charge a half day fee if your cat is collected by 10.30am on its last day with us. We reserve the right to charge for all reservations, should you collect your pet prior to the arranged date. A refund should not be expected.

Long Term Stays: Discounts may apply, please discuss with us at the time of booking.

Public Holiday Surcharge: $3 per cat per statutory holiday

Christmas/New Years : Bookings over the Christmas/New Years period require a non refundable 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
